From a very young age, I was always thankful for three things: The fact that I was born into the most loving and close-knit family anyone could ask for; my parents’ love for nature, the outdoors and wildlife; and being born in the most beautiful country on earth. Each weekend was spent in the heart of Zimbabwe’s magnificent wild, surrounded by flowing rivers, majestic lakes, and endless savannahs teeming with the most diverse and beautiful animal species.  I am a proud Zimbabwean in every sense of the word and every fibre of my being.
